Always expanding on the Power Rangers universe that Hasbro cemented in the early 90s, BOOM! Studios and Hasbro have revealed a first look at Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return Issue #3.

Hardcore Mighty Morphin fans will be floored to learn this is written by the original Pink Ranger herself, Amy Jo Johnson herself and co-writer Matt Hotson. Joining them is Ms Marvel artist Nico Leon, colorist Dono Sanchez-Almara, and letterer Ed Dukeshire.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Return #3 features a main cover by POWER RANGERS fan favorite artist Goñi Montes (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) and variant covers by Rahzzah (Miles Morales: Spider-Man) and Frany (Man’s Best).

Rahzzah's variant features a post-apocalyptic front cover perfect for those who enjoy the grim or darker sides of the Power Rangers Universe. Goñi Montes variant features a quirky, queer and psychedelic front cover. Whereas, Frany's variant is all about the Yellow and Pink Rangers and this cover reminds me of the day when Jem and the Holograms debuted for the very first time (in the mid eighties).

Synopsis:
