About Darryl Leech

Darryl Leech is a school teacher, martial arts instructor and comic book creator based in Melbourne, Australia. As a freelance artist he has contributed artworks to various indie-film projects, including the theatrical release poster for ghost-horror movie, Surrogate. He has had his work featured as a mural in Melbourne CBD and completed numerous commissions for local cinemas and IMAX.

He is the cocreator for the upcoming martial arts fantasy, Jump-Punch! that will release as 'Volume 1' via Kickstarter in November 2024. Jump-Punch! takes inspiration from Darryl's love of martial arts, action cinema and 90s beat-em-up and fighting video games.
